Alcohol
policy: Lessees
may serve wine, beer and champagne only.
The selling of
alcohol to guests is prohibited.
The Depot will hire an off-duty law enforcement officer
for security during weekend and certain weeknight rentals when
alcohol is being served, resulting in a surcharge to the lessee.
Non-profit
rate available to 501(c)3 corporations.
